Plan3:

To start with three days are really few to explore the rich culture of Hyderabad. When in Hyderabad one always has a wide range of options to spend time. One can choose to shop for artefacts and other such items at Shilparamanam, madhapur or enjoy the day at Leonia, Ocean Park or The Wonderla amusement park. Inquisitive minds can be sufficed at Salarjung Museum or Birla Science Museum or admire nature's beauty at Nehru Zoological Park. One can also experience some “snow fun" at the famous Snow World. One can relive the historic moments at the Golconda fort and the adjoining areas at the old Hyderabad or spend some quality time with the almighty at Birla Temple, Chilkur Balajee Temple, Shri Jagannath Temple or even the Mecca Masjid.
-> Talking about three days one should definitely spend the entire day admiring the magnificence and extravagant architecture of Ramoji Filmcity. It is certainly one of the best places to visit with family. It makes its way to every traveller's list because of its magical theme around cinema, which is the most common love of every other Indian. The world's largest integrated filmcity, spread across 2000 acres of land ensures that every visitor makes most from the day spent here.
Timings- 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
->Do visit the Golconda Fort overlooking the city. One of the historical places to visit, it is situated 11 k.m. from the bustling urbanism of Hyderabad. It is famous for its acoustics, a unique signaling device that was incorporated in its construction. The structure is known for its palaces, ingenious water supply system and the famous Fateh Rahben, one of the cannons used in the last siege of Golconda by Aurangzeb. The sound and light show brings alive the grandeur one of India's famous forts.
Timings- 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Not too far from Golconda Fort is Hyderabad's biggest possible trees of Boabab. The hollow of this tree can easily accommodate over 20 people. An interesting venue to listen to several legends from locals, HAATHIYON KA JHAD as its popularly known, is believed to have been the hideout of Ali Baba's 40 thieves.
Timings- 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
-> The epic signature of the city, Char Minar makes for a wonderful sight. Located in the heart of the city, surrounded by Mecca Masjid, built using bricks from Mecca and Land Bazaar.
Timings- 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Since you are in Old Hyderabad now, do not miss to get enchanted by the charismatic beauty of Hussain Sagar, one of the largest man-made lake. A large monolithic statue of Gautam Buddha, erected in 1992, stands on yhe Gibraltar rock in the middle of the lake. It also separates Hyderabad from its twin city Secundrabad. The neighborhood Lumbini Park, an amusement park are add-on ataractions.
Timings- 1:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
P.S.- Do not forget to visit the Necklace Road, a boulevard in Hyderabad, adjoining Hussain Sagar lake, which connects NTR Gardens to Sanjeevaiah Park to suffice you growling tummy after the day's hard work….
P.P.S- Kindly do not miss to try the world famous Hyderabadi biryani from the Paradise Hotel and the compelling South Indian menu from Chutney's

Plan4:
Okay, These are in prioritized Order(according to me)-
1>Go to Paradise, Secunderabad for Biryani, beside there is one Bakery, they i have good baked nd Cookies items.
2>Visit CharMinar in Old City and surrounding Markets(Tips:Its a crowdy place). There is one Choori(Bangle) Gali, some of them sold original Pearl's (as they say) necklace.
3>Visit SalarJung Museum(Tips: It's huge will take 3-5 Hrs)
4>Visit Golconda fort.
5>While visiting Golconda, on return go to Food Court in Toli Chwoki(Its like heaven for Non-Veg. Good hotel, to name a few- Mandaar,4 season,Pista house, Muttabak-al-Mandi).If you like Non-veg, you probably will like Mandi & Khabsa(arabian dish. served in arabian style, its on top floor right up to Mandaar)
6>Go to Ramoji Film City(Whole one day).
7>Necklace Road, Hussainsagar. There in boat you will have a good view of City.
8>If you want to Party then Club 8 (Lifestyle showroom,Begumpet), I like it a lot.Cheap and Best ambiance.
9>While visiting Charminar or Salarjung(as both are in same area) you can have Handmade ice-cream at Mojamjahi Market, its famous their. Also Might be you will like having Irani Chai in front of Charminar.
10>Inorbit Mall in Hi-tech City could be a good hangout.
11>Just a note- Banjara Hills, FilmNagar are some posh area, where you will find good resturants but i like the traditional Hyderabadi Style resturants(like- Bawarchi, Angaara, Green Bawarchi, Cafe Bahar, Sarvi, Sah-Goush etc).

Plan5:

I will keep it short:
  1. Places of Tourist interest: Salar Jung Museum, Chow Mahalla Palace, Char Minar, Golkonda Fort ( with or without Light and sound show), Moti Maszid, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Ramakrishna Mission & Math, NTR Gardens, Shilpa Ramam and Night Bazar, Hussain Sagar Lake and Ramoji Film city. Of these the Ramoji Film city will take a whole day and might be pretty tiring with small kids. You can not carry any outside eatables or even water. Everything has to be bought from inside stalls at a very high price. The rest of the places you can hire a car and visit or opt for a city conducted tour.
  2. Food: Hyderabad is a foody`s paradise. Taste the Biryani and the Kebabs. Everybody will recommend Paradise for Biriyani, but I will go for Shadab. You can also taste authentic Andhra cuisine, but if you are from North India, you might find it very hot and spicy.
  3. Shopping: There are several Malls like Inorbit, GVK, Forum etc, which you find in any other city. To get a flavour of Hyderabad and specially to buy Pearls ( Moti), you can go to Char Minar area. But since you may not know a real pearl from a fake one, its better to go to a Government accredited shop, where prices can not be bargained. You can get designer boutique shops also and designer jewelry shops. Some of the big names are Ritu Beri, Tarun Tahalani, Suhani Pitty etc.
  4. Stay: You will get Hotels from Rs600/ onwards. A decent hotel at a budget price will cost around Rs 2,500/ onwards. You can try OYO rooms. Its better to stay in central locations like Punjagutta, Somajiguda, Begumpet or Banjara Hills.
