Do Muslims in Hyderabad understand and speak Telugu?

Yes many muslims understand and speak Telegu, but many Telegu can understand Hindi or Urdu not a big deal you can survive
if you have a job then most will be able to speak in English with you,
for maids you can hire bilingual or the language you know
then for shopping and day to day stuff just go to shops where they are bilingual most shop workers or owners are, if it is cumpolsury you have to deal with someone who speaks the lang you dont know carry someone to translate it
