What are the best areas to live in hyderabad if you work in Hitec city?

 Gachibowli  :
I would say that in recent years, Gachibowli area is one of the ebst areas to live in. Especially the areas in Gachibowli surrounding Ring road are really good to live in. Communities like L&T are also good option. and yeah, Ramkey towers gets the best vote here. It is close to everything around the area plus excellent facilities as well.

Madhapur:
Madhapur is the best location. One of the best area in Hyderabad to live and also very near to Hi-Tech City. However you have to take some consideration on bit higher rent.

Kondapur:
I would say Kondapur given the fact that it takes only Rs. 10 to travel from Kondapur to Hitec City via auto. You have abundance of busses to travel from Kondapur to Hitech city. Nearly every bus that comes from Kondapur goes through Hitech City. Also Kondapur is quite a bit economical compared to Gachibowli. Kukatpally is cheap compared to Kondapur but has its nice share of problems which include water, heavily crowded and you've got occasional long traffic jams every once in a while.

Sri Nagar Colony :
Sri Nagar Colony- Behind Bigbazar, Ameerpet, the whole road till last is Srinagar Road

A.G. Colony / Sultan Nagar 


A.G. Colony / Sultan Nagar - God i love the place, Its just so calm and full of religious constraints which you will enjoy the most within your pocket money for living. From Sultan Nagar, there is a shortcut to hitech city via Borabanda, Parvat Nagar. Even by walking 5mins distance you will get train to Hitech City.

Panjagutta Circle :
There is also a place (i exactly don't know the place name). The route you have to take is from Panjagutta Circle towards Banjara Hills, you will get Harley Davidson Showroom. In front of  that showroom behind the first row of buildings you will find a kalm and quite path of community. Thats also a nice place which is near to Hitechcity, you will get all life there from penny to dollars from local to brand. 

KPHB:
predominantly Andhra people live here ,Hindi speakers might be less but still can manage

Kukatpally:
Kukatpally is a bit crowded area round the clock

Shaikpet , Darga:
Shaikpet and darga areas would also be a pleasant areas to live as the crowd is not that much heavy and just 25 minutes drive to Hi-Tech city. Jubliee hills would be surrounding to Shaikpet and Darga.
 

Tolichowki:  
Tolichowki is a predominantly Muslim area.

Vasthanagar :
I personally feel it would be much better to live in a colony , which is approximately 3 kms from hitech city named vasthanagar. Coming to interesting features of this colony their is no water probelm unlike rest of Hyderabad secondly colony is very decent and calm and finally the fair for a double bedroom flat is with in the economy budget level for a person who is working in the hitech city in particular.

near BHEL, Lingampally  :
You can check for the options near BHEL, Lingampally because you have parks there, no water problem and lot of greenery.... It is just 12KMS from Hi-tech city and just a 15 min drive .. it is economical also
