Advantages:
- Language:
People here are more friendly. They help you with Telugu, Hindi or sometimes even in English if you are lost in an area. Once i had to get into an auto and i was unable to explain him the address. He spoke English fluently and helped me in understanding the address. - Food:
Food here is delicious. What can one tell about the famous Hyderabadi Biryani. Also the other Nizam delicacies are worth trying. Biscuits from Karachi Bakery and pure ghee sweets from Pulla Reddy are worth mentioning. - Education:
Education is top notch here. Education is given utmost importance and they are equally talented. There is no back lashing of sports either. Saina Nehwal, Sania Mirza are few examples who mastered in sports and who hail from Hyderabad. - Real Estate:
Cost of the land is cheap when compared to the other metro cities. Quite affordable. - Working conditions:
Software companies are located in the same area so almost all your friends from IT industry stay in 15km radius. - Best city to live in India award:
Hyderabad has also won Best city to live in award in India beating cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Bengaluru accoring to the recent survey.

Hyderabad has been ranked as the third best airport in the world.
Disadvantages:
- Scarcity of water is very common here. During summer, many people suffer from lack of proper water supply to their homes.
- Summers are very hot with a temperature range of 42 degrees to 47 degrees.
- Software industry is gradually declining with loss of projects in the companies. Also, on a positive note, many MNCs like Microsoft, Google and Facebook are starting their branches here.
- Hyderabad has always been in news for the terrorist attacks in India. Hope it reduces for a better society.
